Custom Order
Are you interested in a custom piece from JayDenae? We aim to help our customers find what they're looking for and while we work hard to design products we hope you'll love-there might be something unique you have in mind and if we can, we'd love to be a part of creating it!
Fill out and submit this form telling us exactly what you're looking for: color, material/leather, shape/style-even a picture, and any other details we need to know. We will review your request and be in touch with you if we need more details or on whether or not we believe we can create your piece to the quality that we strive for.
You are not locked into purchasing a custom piece by sending in the request form. Once we review your request, we will be in touch with you and from there, if you decide to move forward you want to purchase a custom piece, then we will send you an invoice. *JayDenae WILL NOT purchase supplies/materials for custom orders until invoices are paid in full, and there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges for custom pieces once invoices have been paid.

How much does a custom JayDenae piece cost?
▪️This depends. Even with our custom pieces we will use top quality materials to create your unique and beautiful design. Once we receive and review your custom request we will do our part to find the materials, and the price will be based on those materials. *Just because you send in a request form, does not mean that you are locked into purchasing.
What is the processing time for a custom product?
▪️Because we are committed to creating beautiful pieces using some of the best materials, it can take time for certain leathers or other materials to ship. We order our materials from around the world and this will lead to a 2-3 week processing time from the time an invoice is paid to when it will ship out. If for some reason a certain material will take longer, we will be in touch with you regarding the processing/ship time.
What if I want a product made with a leather that JayDenae already offers, just in a different style?
▪️If you are looking for something specific in one of the leathers already available through JayDenae, then we will definitely work with you on that. There are certain designs that are not suited for all of our leathers and we will communicate all of that clearly. But if we can help you create a piece you'll love-then we will!
*We WILL NOT accept requests for a custom piece using a unique design of another jewelry maker. There are certain trends that are popular and certain styles that are common but we will not take a request to duplicate a unique/custom piece from another jewelry maker.
*Sales/discounts and promotions will not be applied to Custom Orders.
