Domestic Shipping (United States) 

• USPS First Class Package (3-4 business days)*: FREE 
• UPS 2-Day Shipping (1-2 business days): FREE with orders $55+
• USPS Priority Mail (2 business days): $1.50 handling fee + carrier rate
• UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): $1.50 handling fee + carrier rate

International Shipping

• UPS Standard (where available): $1.50 handling fee + carrier rate
• USPS First Class Package International: $1.50 + carrier rate 
• USPS Priority Mail Express International: $1.50 handling fee + carrier rate

At JayDenae we work hard to provide the best service possible. We aim for a processing time of 1-2 business days, however in certain rare cases it may take a few days longer for us to process and ship out your order. You will receive a shipment notification when we have created your shipping label and you'll then have the tracking information available for your package.

*Due to the effects of COVID-19, the shipping rates listed above may take longer than usual. We are processing orders as usual with a 1-2 day turnaround but please know that we do not have any control over the shipping time once your order is handed off to the mail carrier. There may be some delays for all parties to take the proper precautions and safety measures during this pandemic. Some orders are taking over 2 weeks to arrive and while we hope this is not your experience, please know that we are doing our part to get your orders out as quickly as we can.
