How do I sign up for Rewards?
At the bottom righthand side of your screen there is a Rewards icon-for computer and tablet users this will be a turquoise oval shaped icon with our yellow emblem and 'Rewards' on it, for mobile phone devices it will just be a turquoise circle with the yellow emblem. Click on that icon and create an account. That's it! Just as long as you are signed in before each purchase, you will earn rewards points! Is shipping really free?
YES! All domestic shipping is free via USPS and always will be! Orders outside of the contiguous U.S. will have a shipping fee and there will be a shipping charge if you request faster priority shipping. For more questions about shipping please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Are your products made with real leather?
All of our products are crafted from top grain or genuine leather. We use a variety of exotic leathers from around the world in addition with top quality hardware and other materials to design each piece. All of our accessory pieces using leather are handcrafted in Mobile, Alabama.
Are your pieces machine cut?
Our leathers are cut with a machine, all of our styles are designed in house by our founder Dallys and then we use a machine to cut them to ensure precise, clean cuts for the best possible product.
Can I choose a different hook option?
Absolutely! We design each piece using either surgical steel or gold filled hooks. (we do not use sterling silver due to how quickly it tarnishes) If you would like to request a hook change, just leave us a comment in the Order Notes at checkout and we can switch out for gold or silver.
If you have ear sensitivities, you can also request gold surgical steel in place of gold filled.
*We also offer surgical steel clip on hardware if you do not have your ears pierced.
Why can I request gold or silver hardware on some earrings and not others?
This is a great question. As an accessory boutique, we are proud of the designs we create down to the most minuscule of details. We also strive to improve and help our customers know that we want to offer what YOU want! So we provide the option to choose whether you prefer gold or silver hardware on most of our earrings. However there are certain designs (i.e.-Aurora products, metallics, etc) using certain leathers that we believe would lose their unique beauty if different hardware was used; and those are the cases in which a hardware change is not offered. We want to maintain the integrity of our design as well as offer a customizable shopping experience for our customers. Can I return or exchange a product?
If you have an issue with a product or wish to make an exchange we have a 10 day return policy. Just send our Customer Service an email explaining your request and we will send you a pre-paid mailing label to send us back your damaged or unwanted products.
